On Saturday 11 June, 1–4PM, we will be hosting a welcome party for new arrivals to the mid-island area from Ukraine. This event is being co-organised by St Michael’s parish and local welcome basket volunteers, and provides an opportunity for new Ukrainian arrivals, their host families, friends and parishioners to meet, get to know each other, exchange information, eat together, and hopefully enjoy some nice weather.
In order to help us plan this event, please let the organisers know if you will be attending, how many people will be in your party, and whether you might bring some food/drink, no later than Sunday 5 June.
