On Sunday, October 18, we celebrated a special milestone as Archbishop and Metropolitan-elect Michael Kwiatkowski blessed our newly completed church iconography.
The celebration also included the ordination of Connor Rafferty to the Subdiaconate. Parishioners and guests gathered afterward for a joyful potluck celebration and a special video presentation about our parish history and the creation of the new iconography. We were also honoured to welcome Mayor Leonard Krog.
A Heartfelt Thank You
We sincerely thank Archbishop Michael Kwiatkowski, our talented iconographers Sergiy Kolodka and Pavlo Tsyhanok, and everyone who supported this project through prayers, donations, hard work, and encouragement. Your generosity helped turn a long-held dream into reality and created a beautiful spiritual legacy for future generations.
Our Journey Continues
Although the blessing of our new iconography is a major milestone, our work continues! We are raising funds to paint additional walls inside the church and extend this beautiful sacred art throughout our worship space.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we are preserving our faith and Ukrainian heritage while creating a lasting legacy for generations to come.
May St. Michael the Archangel protect and guide our parish, and may God bless all who have contributed to this beautiful work!
